Homearama Plans Book

Commonly referred to as “The Plans Book,” this publication which accompanies the annual Homearama event details the floor plan and design components of each home on showcase. This is one of the most coveted publications produced by the Association and is often kept by attendees for years to come to be used as a reference for home designs, specialty contractors, and interior design motivation.

Louisville Builder magazine is the official monthly publication for the members of the Building Industry Association of Greater Louisville. Articles in the magazine often feature information about the BIA’s signature events, products and services important to the building industry, local government news, regulatory and code change information, and more. This magazine is mailed to all current members of the Association each month.



Louisville Home, Garden & Remodeling

Louisville Home, Garden & Remodeling is currently published once a year. The magazine doubles as the “Official Show Guide” for the annual Home, Garden & Remodeling Show and as such, includes a map of the show, a listing of vendors, show highlight and seminar schedules. The magazine also includes articles with helpful home maintenance tips, gardening ideas, even recipes! Check out this edition for some great design ideas!



Tour of Remodeled Homes Guide

The Tour of Remodeled Homes is one of the Building Industry Association of Greater Louisville’s signature events that have been inspiring Louisville residents to remodel for years.  This publication serves as the guide of the scattered-site home show and details each remodeling project on the “Tour.” It includes gorgeous photography of the finished product, a description of the remodeling project, as well as a listing of the Registered Remodelers, designers, and other subcontractors that participated in each project.
