BICF Playhouses are taking shape!

Building Industry Charitable Foundation 2012 playhouses

The two BICF playhouses for this year's Kosair Kids have been framed by YouthBuild Louisville

The Building Industry Charitable Foundation playhouse projects are really coming along! YouthBuild Louisville students, as mentored by Registered Builder Pat Durham, Pat Durham Builder Inc. and Registered Remodelor Brandon Bailey, Bailey Remodeling and Construction LLC, have done a terrific job framing the two structures to fit the designs created by Tim Winters, Winters Architect. The recipients of the playhouses are young Kosair Kids who will use the playhouses to enhance their therapy exercises and for dramatic play. Kosair Charities identified the families who are this year’s recipients from their pool of all well-deserving children with disabilities.

These playhouses will be on display during Homearama 2012 at Rock Springs and Shakes Run. They will be unveiled to the children prior to Homearama during a “Move that Bus” event to b e held at the new YouthBuild Louisville headquarters. The playhouse that will be on display at Rock Springs is sponsored by River City Bank. Come see both playhouses during Homearama 2012 at Rock Springs and Shakes Run July 14-29, 2012.
