Show Highlights


The home, Garden & Remodeling Show powered by LG&E is celebrating 72 consecutive years as the largest and longest-running locally produced home show in the region. There are nearly seven acres and over 300 booths, bringing you beautifully built displays and custom demos, as well as featuring trusted industry professionals on-site to answer all your questions.

MyExpoCad

This year, we have MyExpoCad and our new digital booth layout, where you can begin planning your visit to the 2020 Home, Garden & Remodeling Show right from your computer or smart phone! Make sure that you visit the Visitor’s Floor Plan on our website to get started. Once on site, feel free to stick to your agenda or browse the entire show floor on your own time.

Food Trucks

Make sure to save some room for food from our delicious food trucks: Kentucky Pork Producers, Cattleman’s, Aqua, PaPa Murphy’s, Latino Food Truck, and of course, Ehrler’s Ice Cream! This year we have also added a Beer Garden that will be open during limited show hours.

For the enthusiast, you can enjoy one of our many seminars hosted at our seminar area located in the Family Pavilion. Some of our seminars and hands-on demonstrations include:

Tree Sapling Giveaway

The Building Industry Association of Greater Louisville is committed to the preservation and planting of trees and will be giving away more than 3,000 saplings to attendees. Receive a roughleaf dogwood, along with information about planting and caring for your new sapling (while supplies last). Brought to you by L&N Federal Credit Union and Bob Ray Company Inc.

           

Pavilion Highlights

Artisan and Kentucky Locals Pavilion: Not only will this area highlight many of our dedicated and talented artists and crafts people, but we will also highlight several of our local garden clubs, along with Fleur and Frond, Louisville’s original flower truck. Guests will be able to purchase something to take home! This pavilion is sponsored by Steepleton.

Family Pavilion: Come hang out in an area designed with fun in mind for the entire family! Play some cornhole, color, check out the vintage fire truck from the Vintage Fire Museum in Indiana and more! We will be hosting several seminars at this location as well. This pavilion is sponsored once again by Allstate BR Financial Group

Hardscape and Landscape Pavilion: The 2020 Hardscape and Landscape Pavilion has grown this year! You won’t want to miss what our exhibitors have in store for attendees.

Pet Pavilion: New this year will be a pavilion centered around pets. It is anchored by Kentucky Barnwood Kennels and Fat Heads Rescue! Gunther from Mosquito Hunters will also be on hand to say hello!

Other Highlights and Features:

Louie the Lightning Bug: The lovable LG&E mascot, Louie the Lightning Bug, will make appearances each day.

Gunther from Mosquito Hunters will be on hand to say hello.
