Perry Lyons and Adam Gallagher team up to offer homeowners uniquely designed living spaces, classic architecture and quality craftsmanship throughout The Bungalow, a home that charms and inspires. Life there is a little less hectic and a lot more fun with thoughtfully designed areas, including a main level office and a lower level wine room. Designed by Robbins Architecture, The Bungalow encourages homeowners to relax, enjoy and share their incredible space with others.

The home’s all-brick, red exterior is highlighted with a standing seam metal roof and eight decorative southern-style columns on the spacious front porch, a gracious welcome for friends passing by on their way to and from the park. A Pella traditional bungalow front door ushers guests to explore the four-bedroom home’s interior, which features an abundance of windows that illuminate the open floor plan. A gorgeous living room, highlighted by P.L Lyons Architectural Builders’ signature hip vaulted ceiling and custom beam detail, is grounded with reclaimed hardwood that flows throughout the first floor. A 48-inch linear fireplace surrounded by a wall of stone offers a good reason to enjoy quiet time by the hearth on cool winter nights. A guest bedroom, hall closet and bath are tucked within the front right wing of the home.

The open kitchen design showcases a spacious dining area that walks out to a side deck with a grilling station where burgers are sure to be cooked to perfection on lazy Sunday evenings. Floor-to-ceiling custom cabinetry with paneled Shaker-style doors and a vintage washed island further emphasize The Bungalow’s charm, while an upgraded GE Monogram appliance package featuring a 48” range and hood and pullout pantry give the family chef the perfect recipe for a well-outfitted culinary work station. Just beyond the dining area is an office and laundry. The owner’s suite is a relaxing escape with his-and-hers closets that keep owners organized and a beautiful master bath with gorgeous tile and Shaker-style cabinetry that gets them rejuvenated on hectic mornings.

Thirsty guests will flock to the lower level, where a designated wine room highlighted with custom cabinetry keeps vintages at the right temperature. The bartender can easily pour a glass (or two) at the beautifully outfitted bar, complete with an island and everything needed to serve up a good time. A theater room with a backlit screen projector, large flat screen TV and surround sound sets the scene for movie-goers, while a billiards area is sure to inspire some friendly competition. Two additional bedrooms, and a bath are located in the lower level, offering flexibility for an extended stay suite and exercise room.

Equipped with a geothermal HVAC, a premium green insulation package and insulated garage calls, The Bungalow is efficiently built to save money on energy costs. With custom trim work and faux paint finishes, this home offers plenty of extra design touches while partnering with modern building technologies, such as a whole house security system and low-maintenance exterior materials. The Bungalow will no doubt be a refuge for homeowners and a venue for many future memories-in-the-making.
