Tour of New Homes Features Best of Both Worlds

View Dozens of New Homes Online and Tour in Person for Free

The Tour of New Homes, April 29 & 30 from noon to 6 pm, is the area’s only scattered-site new home tour and is Louisville’s largest new home open house. Currently over 50 new homes and nearly two dozen subdivisions, in a variety of price points in Jefferson, Bullitt and Oldham counties, are participating in the free Tour. The homes on the Tour range from furnished model homes to substantially complete homes with options for custom finishes.

“The Tour of New Homes will certainly benefit anyone in the market either looking to make a move or interested in building a new home in the near future,” said Pat Durham, Executive Vice President of the Building Industry Association of Greater Louisville. “This is the easiest way to search for the home of your dreams.”

Visitors to the Tour of New Homes will utilize the free ParadeCraze app, available for Apple or Android devices, to plan their own self-guided tour. The app features a photo of each home, important home details, such as square footage and asking price, and step-by-step driving directions.

The Tour of New Homes is unlike any event in the area because it combines the ease of viewing dozens of new homes online and the ability to then tour the homes over the course of two days. It’s easy! Just download the ParadeCraze app, pick your favorite homes and plan your own Tour of New Homes.

The Tour of New Homes is presented by Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Parks & Weisberg Realtors, Louisville Realty Group and RE/MAX. For more information, including a list of Tour homes, visit LouisvilleTourofNewHomes.com or Facebook.com/TourofNewHomes.

The Building Industry Association of Greater Louisville (BIA) produces the Tour of New Homes along with several other local events including Homearama, Home, Garden & Remodeling Show and Tour of Remodeled Homes. The BIA has produced quality events in the Louisville market for more than 65 years.
