(Past Event) This Weekend Tour of New Homes Supports Market Demand in Greater Louisville

Louisville, KY, April 27, 2016 Due to the uptick in the economy and historically low interest rates, the new housing market in the Greater Louisville area is seeing an increase in demand. The Tour of New Homes presented by RE/MAX this weekend is a free event offered to the community to connect homebuyers with new home inventory currently on the market at various price points.

The Tour of New Homes takes place Saturday, April 30 and Sunday, May 1 from noon to 6:00pm both days. The homes featured on the Tour range from substantially-complete construction with options for interior customization to fully-furnished model homes. Come view over 60 homes and developments in one weekend.

For homeowners looking to build a home or buy a home now, there is no better way to find all of the options available for communities, builders and new home design than The Tour of New Homes. The homes on the Tour are all new construction homes built by Building Industry Association of Greater Louisville (BIA) Builder members.

To participate in The Tour of New Homes simply download the Parade Craze app to a mobile device and select the Louisville Tour of New Homes event. The app features a picture, details about the home and a map with step-by-step directions to drive to each home. The app will stay active for attendees to refer to even after the event ends.
